Community Guidelines

SkillBigo is for constructive career learning. These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, messages, sessions, reviews and services.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Be constructive and honest

Share relevant experience, disagree with ideas without attacking people and describe credentials, services, outcomes and reviews truthfully. Do not impersonate a person or organisation, manufacture engagement or offer incentives for misleading reviews.

2. Illegal and dangerous content

Do not post, request, promote or facilitate illegal content or activity, credible threats, terrorism, weapons offences, fraud, scams, trafficking, exploitation or instructions intended to cause serious harm. Content that presents an immediate risk may be restricted while it is urgently reviewed.

3. Harassment, hate and exploitation

Do not harass, stalk, threaten, shame or target someone with hateful or discriminatory abuse. Sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate content and any child sexual abuse material are prohibited. We may preserve and report relevant material where the law requires.

4. Privacy and confidential information

Do not publish private contact details, identity documents, financial data, login credentials, confidential employer information or another person's CV or session content without authority. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in community posts and mentor sessions.

5. Professional and immigration claims

Mentors must represent qualifications and employment accurately. Do not guarantee jobs, salaries, admissions or visas. Immigration advice or services may only be offered where the adviser is lawfully authorised and that status is accurately disclosed.

6. Spam, manipulation and platform misuse

Do not spam, phish, distribute malware, scrape personal data, manipulate recommendations, evade enforcement, create deceptive accounts, sell account access or redirect users into an unsafe or fraudulent transaction.

7. Reporting

Email support@skillbigo.com with the profile, post, comment, session or booking reference; what happened; and why it is concerning. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 999 or the relevant emergency service first. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

8. How we respond

Depending on severity and evidence, we may take no action, reduce visibility, remove content, warn a user, limit features, cancel a service, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence or notify an appropriate authority. We consider context, likelihood of harm, legality, recurrence and rights of affected users.

9. Review and appeal

If we notify you of a moderation decision, you can request review by replying or emailing support@skillbigo.com. Explain what we misunderstood and provide relevant context. A different review may not be available in every urgent or legally restricted case, but we will consider fair and proportionate challenges.
